YouTube Content Strategist (Property)

About the role

We are seeking a YouTube Content Strategist who can transform property, finance and investment topics into compelling video content. The ideal candidate will drive audience engagement, build trust and encourage action through expertly crafted YouTube experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Create content pillars covering property education, market updates, case studies, expert insights and community stories.
• Identify content opportunities based on audience behavior, market trends and business priorities.
• Script and structure videos with strong hooks, clear storytelling and high retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and subject‑matter experts to shape video concepts and narratives.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists and SEO to improve discoverability and watch time.
• Monitor channel analytics (retention, CTR, search traffic) and refine strategy based on performance data.
• Stay up‑to‑date with YouTube trends, platform updates and developments in the property and investment sectors.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in YouTube content strategy, channel management, content creation or video production.
• Proven track record producing educational or business‑focused video content, especially in finance, property or investment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of the Australian property market is a plus.
