About the role
ScotiaTech, the technology hub of Scotiabank in Bogota, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the IT Risk Transformation department. You will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, partners and employees, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate agendas, minutes and logistics for Leadership team meetings, site visits and cross‑border trips.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transportation for visitors and staff.
- Manage expense reporting, invoice processing and monthly reconciliation for the team.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
- Order and maintain office supplies, handle mail, courier and shipping services.
- Update internal communication channels, email groups and display boards.
- Support the VP’s calendar and maintain vacation schedules for managers.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams in Canada and Colombia.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
