About the role

The client is a fast‑growing financial services and marketing‑driven organization that helps individuals prepare for retirement. As an Appointment Setter you will handle inbound and warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for financial advisors, primarily speaking with senior clients.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors on retirement‑related topics, qualify prospects, and book appointments for advisors.
• Confirm appointments and track attendance to ensure high show‑rate.
• Update lead and appointment status in the Go High Level CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to reduce no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.
• Represent the brand professionally, answer basic questions, and handle objections calmly.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills; the entire shift is conducted in English.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or other call‑based roles.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive retirement conversations.
• Goal‑driven, resilient, and organized with consistent follow‑up.
• Preferred background in financial services, insurance, or retirement planning.

Required skills

• Experience using Go High Level or a similar CRM system.

What we offer

• Salary of $800 per month plus $75 for each qualified appointment.
• Full‑time schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
