About the role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing outbound sales team focused on the US restaurant market. In this role you will engage directly with restaurant owners, introduce our business solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and decision‑makers in the United States.
- Present company services confidently and build rapport during conversations.
- Qualify leads, identify business opportunities, and capture accurate activity notes.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up with prospects as needed.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets and maintain performance metrics.
Required profile
- Previous outbound B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling objections.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and meet performance goals.
- Willingness to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM or outbound dialer platforms.
