About the role
UPS is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will drive the full-cycle recruitment process for our Colombian operations. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate management, and partnership with hiring managers to secure top‑tier talent in both French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Attract and engage premier professional candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, present best‑fit candidates, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Consult hiring managers on talent needs, review Service Level Agreements, and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct market research to set hiring expectations and support hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Manage candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor sourcing timelines.
- Extend offers, including compensation details, and assist with onboarding.
- Develop recruitment training materials and support ad‑hoc talent projects.
Required profile
- Energetic, collaborative, and inquisitive with a strategic mindset.
- Experience designing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies.
- Hybrid work availability – onsite three days per week in Bogotá.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1) and full French fluency, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
