Bookkeeper (Full Charge, QuickBooks Desktop)

About the role

We are an established U.S.-based CPA firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage multiple client accounts. This detail‑oriented, client‑facing position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping for several U.S. clients
• Enter transactions manually from bank and credit‑card statements
• Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and review the general ledger
• Execute month‑end close processes
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle bulk transaction entry and imports as needed
• Communicate with clients via email, calls, and Zoom

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑charge bookkeeping experience
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory)
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Background working with U.S.-based companies and U.S. accounting standards
• Excellent English communication skills
• Client‑facing experience
