Bookkeeper (Full Charge, QuickBooks Desktop)

About the role
We are an established U.S.-based CPA firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage multiple client accounts. This detail‑oriented, client‑facing position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping for several U.S. clients
- Enter transactions manually from bank and credit‑card statements
- Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and review the general ledger
- Execute month‑end close processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Handle bulk transaction entry and imports as needed
- Communicate with clients via email, calls, and Zoom
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of full‑charge bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Background working with U.S.-based companies and U.S. accounting standards
- Excellent English communication skills
- Client‑facing experience
