Business Relationship Manager

About the role

As a Business Relationship Manager you will act as the strategic bridge between business ambitions and technology across the region. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead commercial and digital transformation initiatives, shaping an online‑plus‑offline ecosystem that drives sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to co‑create and execute a technology roadmap that expands market share through B2B platforms, e‑commerce and retail tech.
• Guide the organization toward a data‑driven culture by defining architecture and delivering advanced analytics for high‑impact decisions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales, marketing and operations to increase agility.
• Manage the IT portfolio and budget for your domain, ensuring every investment delivers measurable ROI.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with experience in IT business partnering, digital transformation or B2B tech strategy.
• Fluent in both technology and business language, able to discuss P&L with senior managers and system integration with architects.
• Proven influencer who can manage ambiguity and engage senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborative team player who breaks down silos and builds cross‑functional teams.
• AI champion who actively explores and applies artificial‑intelligence tools such as GenAI and predictive analytics.
