Canva Specialist – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Canva Specialist to support our real‑estate marketing team. You will work with pre‑designed Canva templates to create flyers, social posts and presentations, and you may also edit short videos for digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and edit existing Canva templates for marketing materials, social media, real‑estate flyers and presentations while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Resize and optimise graphics for both digital and print outputs.
• Maintain an organised library of templates and digital assets.
• Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions and background music; optimise videos for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Manage multiple design and video requests, meet tight deadlines and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Communicate with the marketing team to confirm expectations and provide quick turnarounds.

Required profile

• Proven experience using Canva to edit and modify templates.
• Basic video‑editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
