Carrier Sales Specialist (Remote – Barranquilla)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Carrier Sales professional to join our growing logistics team in Barranquilla. The role focuses on negotiating rates, securing freight capacity, and ensuring smooth shipment tracking while operating in an English‑speaking environment aligned with US business calendars.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and lock in competitive rates with carriers to maximize profit margins.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport networks to secure LTL and FTL capacity.
• Monitor shipment progress from pickup to delivery, promptly resolving any transit issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for daily negotiations and communications.
• Degree or ongoing studies in Logistics, International Business, Administration or related fields.
• Strong negotiation mindset, goal‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in US logistics is a significant advantage.
