Concierge Account Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Concierge Account Manager to support and grow our creator and studio partners. In this remote position you will manage client relationships, optimise store performance and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned creators and studios, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including metadata organization, scheduling, clip images and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement content strategies to improve visibility, engagement and revenue.
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all client content complies with platform guidelines and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Partnerships, Creator Relations, Compliance, Product and Support to resolve issues and share best practices.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills to optimise creator performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in account management, client support or content operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
