Customer Service Representative

About the role

NeoWork is looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented representative to deliver excellent service across phone, email and chat. You will be a key member of the support team, helping maintain the company’s reputation for outstanding customer care and contributing to a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve issues.
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with common customer service software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or English is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
