About the role
Viva is looking for a hands‑on Digital Demand Generation Manager to own the end‑to‑end demand engine for US mid‑market buyers. This remote role focuses on generating qualified pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email and content to deliver marketing‑generated pipeline.
- Manage paid‑media budgets, bidding strategies and performance reporting with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
- Own conversion‑rate optimisation across landing pages, demo flows and high‑intent pages, continuously fixing drop‑off points using data.
- Track funnel metrics, model pipeline performance and maintain HubSpot for lead capture, routing, attribution and reporting.
- Build and maintain automation that keeps the demand engine running reliably.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of B2B demand generation or growth‑marketing experience.
- Proven track record generating pipeline for US‑based buyers in a mid‑market environment.
- Hands‑on experience running and optimising paid‑media campaigns.
- Strong CRO background with measurable improvements.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM.
- Based in Latin America.
