About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of our product catalog on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. The role is essential for driving product visibility, organic search ranking, and sales performance across our core digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Gather minimal product data from internal teams and conduct comprehensive research to fill all required data points.
- Write SEO‑rich product titles, bullet points, and detailed descriptions that maximize conversion rates.
- Perform keyword research and implement both front‑end and back‑end search terms.
- Coordinate with designers to brief, review, and finalize product imagery, A+ Content/EBC, and storefront assets.
- Audit and update existing Amazon and Shopify listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and SEO best practices.
- Open, manage, and resolve complex Amazon Seller Central cases such as listing errors, suppressed listings, and variation problems.
- Monitor catalog health metrics and maintain compliance with Amazon policies.
- Provide backend support for Shopify, including product imports, inventory synchronization, and basic content updates.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
- Practical experience with Shopify backend for product and inventory management.
- Proven ability to create data‑driven, conversion‑focused listing content.
- Strong problem‑solving skills for complex listing errors and case resolutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
