Ecommerce Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to nurture client relationships and help optimise online shopping experiences. You will work closely with senior strategists, design and development teams, and agency partners to deliver data‑driven ecommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and communicating impact.
• Participate in and eventually lead regular client check‑ins, gathering feedback and sharing updates.
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of ecommerce optimisation campaigns, ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement site changes, perform QA, and translate technical updates for clients.
• Support AGILE workflows, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Help track client budgets and contribute to case‑study documentation.
• Research, recommend, and assist with the implementation of ecommerce apps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Curious, coachable and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify (preferred) and knowledge of WooCommerce or Magento.
• Experience with AGILE methodologies.
• Use of project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
