About the role

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Platzi, you will generate new sales opportunities for our technology education platform across Latin America. You will focus on outbound prospecting, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and setting up high‑quality meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate a qualified Enterprise B2B pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and strategic follow‑up.
  • Identify and engage senior decision‑makers and executive stakeholders at target companies.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business potential, urgency and strategic fit.
  • Own the end‑to‑end follow‑up process to ensure no high‑potential opportunity is lost.
  • Schedule high‑quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Use multi‑channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events, networking) and creative tactics to reach hard‑to‑reach stakeholders.
  • Maintain clean, up‑to‑date CRM data and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide insights on messaging, lead quality, objections and market feedback.
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and qualified meeting targets.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Qualification or Pipeline Generation, preferably in Enterprise B2B.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • High sense of ownership, persistence and ability to manage multiple follow‑ups.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and pipeline in complex B2B environments.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

  • HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience.
