Executive Assistant – Sales & Commercial Analysis (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a strong focus on sales, strategy, and commercial analysis. You will work closely with our real‑estate agents and leadership team to support client relationships, guide commercial decisions, and help close high‑value deals. The role involves organizing, analyzing, and enhancing the entire sales experience for premium clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client tour schedules and logistics.
• Analyze CRM data and generate actionable reports.
• Develop follow‑up strategies to support deal closures.
• Provide the business team with insights and structured support.
• Deliver high‑quality post‑sale client service.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English (C1‑C2 level).
• 2+ years of experience in bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with data‑analysis or AI tools is a plus.
• Full availability on weekends (two weekdays off).
• Results‑driven, commercially minded, and strong analytical skills.
• Clear communicator with strategic thinking.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
