Finance Manager – Global Transformation (MT Transcend)

About the role

The Finance Manager – Global Transformation (MT Transcend) will join the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Controlling team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will support a multi‑year global transformation initiative that modernises end‑to‑end supply‑chain finance processes across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and value realization for the Transcend program.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support the harmonisation of 40+ global ERP systems into a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets and reporting tools for digital supply‑chain initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, FP&A or controlling within a multinational environment.
• Experience working on large‑scale transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical and business‑partnering skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
