Healthcare Talent Sourcer

About the role

The Coordinators are seeking a full‑time Healthcare Talent Sourcer to lead the top of the recruitment funnel for medical administrative professionals. You will drive pipeline generation, engage candidates proactively, and ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for our healthcare support clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage internal databases, personal networks and external sources to build a robust pipeline of medical admin candidates.
• Post openings on job boards and social platforms, monitor traction and maintain candidate interest.
• Screen applications, conduct initial evaluations, and provide clear recommendations on fit.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS (RecruiterFlow), ensuring complete notes, assessments and summaries.
• Prepare fully packaged candidate profiles for handoff to hiring managers, supporting a high‑velocity recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience sourcing medical administrative roles.
• At least 2 years experience with recruitment processes and ATS usage.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
