HR Data Analytics Analyst

About the role

Level60 Consulting is seeking an HR Data Analytics Analyst to join its team in Bogotá. In this full-time hybrid position you will turn HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR partners, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and other stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver customized reports.
• Stay current with HR analytics trends, tools and technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data visualization and analysis techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security throughout all HR analytics processes.
• Present findings, insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR.
• At least 1 year of experience creating reports in Workday.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of PrismHR.
• Familiarity with Monday.com for project tracking.
• Statistical analysis capabilities.
• Workday reporting expertise.
