HR Generalist – CCAM Region

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the execution of human‑resources strategies and people processes across the CCAM cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama and Ecuador). Working closely with HR Business Partners for manufacturing and administrative populations, you will help ensure consistent delivery of HR services and a strong employee experience throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies and plans defined by HR Business Partners.
• Support labor‑relations processes and investigations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate talent processes including onboarding, performance management, training, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide tactical support to manufacturing and administrative teams, maintaining consistency in HR processes.
• Manage reporting, vendor coordination, invoicing and budget tracking.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for standardisation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting both plant and administrative populations.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations and compliance.
• Background in talent acquisition, development, performance and succession planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
