Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations, customer communications, campaign coordination, and lead management across multiple digital channels. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments and wants to grow in digital marketing and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and segment contact databases in Emma, GoHighLevel, and similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Create, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate links and clean data.
• Monitor inbound leads and customer inquiries, maintain prospect records, and support onboarding communications.
• Monitor marketing automation and CRM workflows, identify issues, and support platform maintenance.
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns, track performance, and maintain organized lead tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking campaign, lead, and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, communications, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy, customer‑focused, and comfortable working with CRM and automation tools.
