About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead MedTech account strategies in Bogotá. The role focuses on building long‑term partnerships, driving value creation and overseeing commercial activities across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop J&J as a strategic partner through stakeholder management and value‑creation initiatives.
- Own commercial responsibility for assigned accounts/region in alignment with the KAM Director.
- Coordinate activities with Sales, Marketing and Value Creation teams.
- Lead the Integrated Account Team (IAT) and create 1‑year and 3‑year account plans.
- Design and execute value‑creation solutions and tender‑shaping strategies.
- Integrate health‑economics data to build value‑based commercial proposals.
- Set regional strategic priorities in collaboration with Sales Management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external customers, internal sales, and supply‑chain functions.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
- Post‑graduate studies in Management or Marketing preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in sales, commercial or key‑account management, preferably in MedTech or healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in health‑economics and value‑based selling.
