About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to own and lead our marketing function. This remote, English‑speaking position requires a self‑starter who can design, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that directly support revenue growth. You will collaborate with design, operations and sales to ensure seamless campaign delivery and clear performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the marketing calendar across email, paid ads, webinars, product launches and social media.
  • Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns tied to specific revenue targets.
  • Develop messaging, positioning and offers; write or direct ad and email copy.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors.
  • Lead weekly creative and campaign planning sessions.
  • Monitor daily performance, adjust tactics, and report key metrics (leads, CPL, conversion, attribution, revenue).
  • Maintain UTM tracking, ensure proper tagging and reporting of all campaigns.
  • Present weekly updates to leadership and work closely with sales to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data quickly and make strategic adjustments.
  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence leading internal marketing discussions.

Required skills

  • Paid‑media expertise on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads and YouTube.
  • UTM tracking, attribution and reporting systems.
  • Marketing automation or ad‑optimization tools (e.g., Plai.io).
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns and multi‑channel funnels.
