Network Administrator – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

The Network Infrastructure Specialist at Lean Solutions Group ensures the availability, performance, and security of the company’s network infrastructure and technology services. The role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving network systems while delivering advanced technical support to internal users and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guarantee network availability, performance, and security.
• Design, deploy, and maintain routing, switching, VPN, and security solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network and server issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business growth and technology initiatives.
• Continuously improve network architecture and optimize infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, infrastructure management or IT operations.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1) preferred.

Required skills

• Enterprise network management including routing, switching, VPNs and network security.
• Server administration and support of critical IT infrastructure.
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting.
