Operations Lead (Remote – Colombia)

About the role

Vedic Nutrition is seeking an Operations Lead to work directly with the founder and build the operational foundation of a fast‑growing telehealth nutrition practice. This fully remote, full‑time position supports patient, provider, and revenue operations while driving continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, scheduling, support, and issue escalation to ensure a seamless experience.
• Oversee provider onboarding, credentialing, caseload monitoring, and match patient demand with provider availability.
• Coordinate insurance eligibility, billing, claims, reimbursements and maintain revenue reporting and KPI tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks, create SOPs, and implement automation or AI tools to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with leadership and engineering to design scalable systems and improve workflows.
• Communicate regularly with patients, providers, internal teams, and external partners via SMS, email, phone, and internal tools.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operations mindset with a focus on problem solving and scaling processes.
• Availability during US Central Time business hours.
• Owner‑like attitude, comfortable taking responsibility for execution and continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing multi‑stakeholder workflows in a remote environment.
