Outbound Sales Representative & Closer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative & Closer to join our international sales team focused on the US restaurant market. You will drive outbound prospecting, build relationships with restaurant owners and decision‑makers, and move sales conversations forward.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold outreach to restaurant owners and decision‑makers.
• Engage prospects professionally, identify business needs and sales opportunities.
• Lead discovery and sales conversations, handle objections and advance deals.
• Maintain organized prospect and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet outreach and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or outbound sales platforms.
