Production Planner

About the role

Publicis Production is seeking a Production Planner in Bogotá to lead the planning, coordination and execution of audiovisual production projects. You will ensure that each project meets client expectations, stays within budget and is delivered on time while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Review briefs and determine resource requirements for each audiovisual project.
• Identify and coordinate internal and external talent based on creative concepts.
• Prepare, control and manage approved project budgets.
• Oversee post‑production activities to guarantee high‑quality deliverables.
• Manage vendor creation, onboarding and payment processes in the Advertmind system.
• Plan and coordinate the full pre‑production process, ensuring all creative requirements are addressed.
• Develop and monitor project timelines aligned with production needs.
• Support brief development together with account teams and creative agencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR, finance and legal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or similar roles within advertising or media environments.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual production processes (pre‑production, production, post‑production).
• Proven experience in budget planning, cost control and financial tracking.
• Excellent vendor management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with local and global company policies.
