About the role
Rippling is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to lead its Employer of Record (EOR) service across Latin America. You will guide client companies through the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, implement and maintain compliance‑driven HR policies and SOPs covering leave, performance, investigations, terminations, unemployment benefits, workers’ compensation and grievance handling.
- Manage complex employee‑relations issues, including leave administration, terminations and other regulatory risk areas.
- Partner with product, engineering and compliance teams to configure, test and optimise workflows for hiring, onboarding, transitions, terminations and statutory benefits.
- Provide timely support to clients and employees, create help‑center articles, HR policies and other resources to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Transfer knowledge of EOR processes and local labour law to internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong background in HR operations, employee relations and compliance, preferably with experience in Latin American jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop policies, SOPs and risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, employees and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working with technology‑driven HR platforms or similar SaaS solutions.
