About the role
This full‑time remote position supports a growing US‑based company by handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize documents for the team.
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication across departments.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle internal and external communications, including email responses and inquiries.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical tasks.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
- Ability to stay organized while managing several small tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
What we offer
- Compensation ranging from $1,000 to $1,800 per month (USD), based on experience.
- Independent contractor agreement paid twice monthly.
