Remote Attorney – Personal Injury Law Firm (Colombia)

About the role

We are a growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm seeking a licensed attorney in Colombia to join our team remotely. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of personal injury cases, collaborating with a dynamic legal team while communicating primarily in English.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records, police reports, insurance documents, and other case materials.
• Prepare case summaries, demand letters, and other legal correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal team members.
• Assist with case development from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Track deadlines, case progress, and pending tasks.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
• Support attorneys and case managers with day‑to‑day file management.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Colombia.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
