SAP Coordinator ABAP – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Coordinator ABAP to join our remote team in Colombia. You will support SAP solutions across a regional and global scope, contributing to the delivery of seamless integrations and high‑quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP ABAP, SAP PI, SAP PO, SAP CPI and UI5 modules, delivering optimal technical solutions.
• Perform and document unit tests and create technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and act as coordinator for the Colombian team.
• Serve as backup for the ABAP Support Leader when needed.
• Conduct debugging, performance tuning and participate in migration, conversion and testing projects.
• Learn and apply complementary tools such as SAP Workflow, Integration Suite, BTP and Fiori.

Required profile

• At least four years of experience in SAP projects as a consultant or lead.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• SAP ABAP certification.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in English‑speaking teams.
