Senior FP&A & Controlling Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A & Controlling Analyst to join our global healthcare team. In this position you will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for Commercial and Customer Service functions, driving financial performance, transparency and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting and month‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to support performance management, profitability analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and present clear financial reports and management presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Standardise reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards to enhance financial transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and digitalisation projects to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, maintain and continuously improve management dashboards.
• Support business case development, investment evaluations and ad‑hoc financial analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Advanced analytical abilities with a track record of turning data into business insights.
• Fluent English (advanced).
