Senior Offshore Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Offshore Social Media Manager to act as a strategic partner to the CMO. This role will lead social media strategy, community engagement, influencer programs, and paid‑social analytics across a multi‑brand portfolio, operating autonomously and building repeatable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage community interactions on three primary brand accounts, handling comments, DMs, and influencer engagements.
• Own the full influencer lifecycle—from identification and outreach to store visits and performance tracking—using the Foodfluence platform.
• Develop and maintain weekly dashboards linking sales performance to marketing spend, and produce organic and paid‑social performance digests.
• Ensure vendor accountability for paid‑social campaigns and flag reputation issues to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on social media management, preferably in multi‑brand, franchise, or agency settings.
• Proven ability to work independently, build SOPs, and deliver results without supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, available during US Eastern/Central business hours.
• Based in the Americas (Latin America, Caribbean, or similar time zone) for full overlap with the team.
