Senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior OTM Consultant to join our team remotely from Colombia. You will work on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects, helping clients design and implement end‑to‑end transport solutions across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design transport solutions covering Order Management, Planning & Execution, Visibility, Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
• Manage project work packages, change requests, and delivery activities while adhering to timelines, quality standards, budgets, and DevOps practices.
• Facilitate workshops, GAP analysis sessions, solution demos, user acceptance testing, and go‑live support with business, IT, suppliers, and customers.
• Develop test scenarios, functional documentation, training materials, and solution proposals.
• Provide technical and functional consulting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management or related logistics technology consulting.
• Experience on 3–4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including at least one in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes such as Order Management, Planning & Execution, Visibility, and Freight Audit.
