Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, from sourcing to closing.
• Maintain an average time‑to‑fill of 45 days or less for all assigned requisitions.
• Ensure new hires receive high performance ratings in their first six‑month review.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and co‑creating hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for senior‑level roles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire metrics.
• Strong ability to assess role requirements and evaluate candidates for long‑term success.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with internal stakeholders.
