About the role
Capgemini is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead strategic growth in the consulting sector for its Medellin office. You will be responsible for building long‑term account plans and driving revenue across a defined territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 1‑3 year strategic roadmap for assigned accounts.
- Identify, create, and close sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and C‑level decision makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, shaping business opportunities for clients.
- Define account‑specific sales strategies and growth plans.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft winning solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in consultative sales and strategic account management.
- Track record of identifying and developing business opportunities in complex environments.
- Experience leading sales strategy, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at executive and senior management levels.
- Strong understanding of business models, digital transformation, and client needs.
- Experience working with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills.
