About the role

We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media and community strategies that strengthen brand presence, engagement, and audience growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on community engagement, using social listening, trends, and data analysis to create meaningful interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with overall brand goals, including segment identification and metric definition.
• Lead user‑generated content campaigns and creator programs that drive brand advocacy.
• Utilize advanced social listening and sentiment analysis tools to monitor reputation, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end social media strategies that support client objectives and broader marketing plans.
• Create engaging, platform‑specific content (text, images, video, interactive) that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely, strategic scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Continuously explore new social media trends, tools, and technologies to improve effectiveness and drive innovation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience working in advertising agencies or similar environments.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and embed social media strategies that deliver measurable engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and audience insights to shape strategy.
• Collaborative attitude, clear communication, and a culture‑fit that values kindness, directness, and collective success.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Experience using social listening and sentiment analysis tools.
