Software Engineer – SaaS Development (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

CRISIL Limited is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the PriceMetrix SaaS product team in Toronto. You will work in an Agile environment, contributing to the full software development lifecycle and delivering high‑quality, secure code.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and break down tasks for estimation.
• Write well‑documented, unit‑tested code that meets functional, performance, and security standards.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and QA teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Post‑secondary education in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
