Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive a fast, high-quality recruiting process. You will source talent, conduct first-screen interviews, coordinate assessments and ensure candidates move smoothly through our hiring funnel while delivering a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound searches.
• Conduct structured first-screen interviews to evaluate fit, skills and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with hiring managers.
• Administer and track assessments, evaluations and background checks.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate ATS records and candidate notes.
• Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in BPO, staffing or high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System and recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with LinkedIn search tools.
• Excellent organization, communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher.
