About the role

We are looking for a trilingual Customer Service Representative to join a U.S.-based campaign that provides small loan services. The role is fully remote and involves assisting French‑speaking customers via phone, ensuring they receive clear and empathetic support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from French‑speaking customers.
• Assist with inquiries related to small loan products, transfers, and payments.
• Troubleshoot mobile app issues and guide users through resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and digital literacy.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
