Trilingual Small Business Account Executive (EN/FR/ES)

About the role

As a Trilingual Small Business Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle for small‑business customers (under 10 licenses) across the United States and Canada, including Quebec. You will act as a strategic advisor, delivering personalized demos and guiding prospects from inquiry to close.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries, assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Generate and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and high‑impact discovery calls with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth post‑sale transitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline and contribute to sales playbook optimization.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, value‑based selling and pipeline management.
• Fluent in English, French and Spanish.
• Experience working with executive decision‑makers and navigating complex buying processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other modern sales enablement tools.
