Young Professional Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team. This remote position offers the chance to support end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles while learning from experienced senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
