Remote Human Resources & Investigation Assistant (Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources & Investigation Assistant to support our workplace investigation team. The role is based in Colombia and involves assisting with employee complaint investigations for our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support investigators during complaint investigations, including scheduling and conducting interviews with complainants, witnesses, and accused parties.
• Take accurate and detailed interview notes and gather relevant evidence.
• Analyze testimonies and documentation to help determine factual findings.
• Prepare summaries and assist in drafting investigation reports.

Required profile

• Advanced professional communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate note‑taking abilities.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Experience working independently in a home‑office environment.
• Curious, analytical mindset with interest in employee discrimination and harassment investigations.
• Residency in Colombia.
