Healthcare Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for medical positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Verify job requirements with hiring managers and maintain high‑volume requisitions.
• Source candidates using ATS databases, internal referrals, and external platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, project documentation, and assist team members with related projects.
• Support policy communication and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project‑management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Use of recruitment software and Hubstaff (web, desktop, tasks).
• Experience with communication platforms: WhatsApp and Zoom.
