IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of pre‑vetted IT candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, including candidate selection, resume editing, and summary writing.
• Communicate regularly with clients, client services, and sales teams to align expectations and timelines.
• Fill open IT positions while meeting time‑to‑market and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
