Team Leader (Cali)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Team Leader to mentor and develop a high‑performing team at its Cali location. You will guide team members, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑growing BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development for team members.
• Implement and manage escalation procedures in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the team through transitions, enhancing problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, analytical and technical capabilities.
• Set team goals, track progress, and communicate results to leadership.
• Identify actionable insights, make recommendations, and influence team strategy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of people‑management experience in a BPO or call‑center setting.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
