About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic After‑Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bogotá. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers after they have purchased our products, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist after‑sales customers, providing consultation and guidance.
- Perform product intake and create work orders in line with company policies.
- Assist customers with repair, return, exchange, and inspection processes.
- Track repair progress and proactively update customers on status.
- Handle initial complaints and unusual issues, offering basic resolutions or escalating when necessary.
- Help maintain order and a positive customer experience in the service area.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Associate degree or higher (any field).
- English at B1 level and conversational Spanish.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or after‑sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and service awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected issues.
- Professional appearance and a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to work shifts and holidays (two days off per week, not necessarily weekends).
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Basic system operation skills.
