Client Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with strategic clients, drive retention, and uncover growth opportunities. The role requires a business‑mindset professional who can engage senior stakeholders, anticipate needs, and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
• Understand client objectives, identify risks, and recommend solutions that strengthen partnerships and generate new business.
• Facilitate strategic conversations, performance reviews, and business updates, translating complex information into actionable insights.
• Manage client staffing requests and job orders, coordinating with recruitment, HR, and operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track service delivery, client satisfaction, staffing metrics, and other KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, preferably in staffing, BPO, or service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, conduct business reviews, and support account retention or growth.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with confidence engaging senior‑level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, active listening, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using ticketing platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
