Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and help guests create memorable vacation experiences. The role involves handling reservation calls, assisting with bookings, and ensuring a smooth guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls professionally.
• Assist guests and owners with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Research resort, room, and date availability using reservation systems.
• Explain accommodations, amenities, policies, fees, and reservation terms.
• Recommend alternative dates, resorts, or accommodations when preferred options are unavailable.
• Process payments and reservation‑related fees.
• Accurately document reservations and customer interactions.
• Promote travel protection, loyalty programs, upgrades, and other reservation‑related offerings.
• Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to resolve issues and deliver a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• Organized, patient, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
